Reservations

Due to our small size, we cannot confirm reservations over the Web. You can email us, or call the office at 815-591-3339 or the mobile number at 815-529-1884.

Policies

We require a credit card to hold the room. We do not charge the credit card until you arrive, and then we charge full payment as you check in.

We have a 48-hour cancellation notice. If we are able to fill the vacancy, you will not be charged. Otherwise, a one-night stay will be billed to your credit card. There will be no refunds for shortened stays.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash, traveler's checks and personal checks.

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is at 1:00 p.m.

You are welcome to stop by earlier in the day to drop off your luggage and, if your room is prepared, we will be happy to check you in.

Dogs are very welcomed at Schatzi's. However, if they or you cause damage to property or persons, you are responsible.

If you are leaving your dogs unattended, we encourage you to shut them in the dog's bedroom. Dogs that enjoy hearing the sound of their own voice should not be left alone, as they may disturb your neighbors.
